For each pack you must define one or more stages.
In every step, you define the list of selectable products, the minimum quantity to choose to validate the step and the maximum quantity (especially useful for a fixed price pack).
Client side, the system will guide him, telling him what to do or offering what he can do depending on the situation he is in during the creation of his pack.
